To protect your right to privacy any and all information collected is for the sole purpose of completing your transaction. We hold the highest respect for your privacy and never sell or share any information with or to third parties.

Payments - We Accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept payments through Pay Pal, Google Checkout.

Processing - All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Select items ship next day.

Shipping - United States and Canada, All orders will ship via UPS.

Return Policy - Should you wish to return an order to our inventory, we must be contacted within 5 days of the delivery date, by using the RMA Request form, which is located in your account details. If the order is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace or refund the order. Any or all refused orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and handling will not be reimbursed for any refused order. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
